What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing and bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No, all prices shown are exclusive of VAT (ex-VAT). VAT will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location. UK businesses will be charged 20% VAT. If you have a valid VAT number for a business registered outside the UK, the VAT charge may be reverse-charged depending on your country.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time to take advantage of the ~17% discount. When upgrading to annual, you will receive a pro-rated credit for the remainder of your current monthly billing cycle. Switching from annual to monthly will take effect at the end of your current annual term.
What happens if I exceed my contact limit?
We will never cut off your access or delete contacts. If you approach your plan's contact limit, we will notify you by email and within the dashboard. You can continue operating as normal while you decide whether to upgrade. If you consistently exceed your limit, we will recommend the next tier that fits your audience size.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees on monthly plans. You can cancel from your account settings at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. For annual plans, you can cancel to prevent auto-renewal, and you will retain access through the end of your prepaid term.
Do you offer custom pricing for large organizations?
Yes. Our Enterprise tier is designed for organizations with more than 250,000 contacts or those that need dedicated infrastructure, white-glove onboarding, or custom integrations. Contact our sales team and we will build a plan tailored to your exact requirements, including volume discounts, dedicated support, and custom SLAs.
